Deep Dive: Public Testimony About Dying With Dignity Legislation

The End-of-Life Options Act, which would make it legal for terminally ill, mentally capable adults to be prescribed and take a medication to end their life, is poised for another attempt to pass in Minnesota this year. A five-hour pre-legislative session committee meeting was held January 25, with 75 people giving testimony for or against the measure.
