“Sad Little Girl”

This work represents the inner turmoil of having unresolved trauma that festers and manifests into anger as an adult. I created this work in my late teens while learning more about my inner child and how I was emotionally suppressed in my younger years. Now I feel more comfortable embracing the softness of my heart. I am letting go of needing to appear tough and emotionless.
