Anastasia Galka (she/her) is a Stress & Resiliency speaker and coach. She is the host of the Fierce Joy podcast and specializes in working with women who are bold, ambitious, and stuck in stress & overwhelm. Through workshops, retreats, and small groups she guides you to lead without losing your mind, and have some fun along the way.
