The Spring Retreat will be led by some of our favorite teachers from Spirit of the Lakes Yoga, Good Vibrations Yoga and Yoga 4 You. The Retreat will include the slow flow, strength and balance that we are used to at Yoga in the Arboretum Gardens. As well as introduce lyengar, ashtanga and YOGA HIIT. In person Retreat is limited to 14 people but up to 100 participants can Zoom.
