Please join us on Saturday, April 10th, 9am – 1pm, for our 2021 Annual State Conference. This year we will be gathering virtually to honor the pandemic guidelines and to keep all of our members and speakers safe.
Because of this, the agenda for the day has been shortened, and we are offering the conference FREE to anyone who would like to attend!
We are very excited to hear from our keynote speaker, Alberder Gillespie, one of the founders of Black Women Rising and a powerhouse of leadership in the East Metro area.
Additionally, we will have a unique training provided by Renee Cardarelle geared toward women who live in largely white communities called “Building an Anti-Racist Practice in Rural Minnesota.”
Conference registration will begin on Saturday, March 20, along with an online silent auction, so watch for details later this month over email, on our website, FB page, and Twitter and Instagram feeds.
We’re accepting nominations and self-nominations for those positions which are open in odd years: Secretary, Legislative Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator. Please visit the website for the position descriptions at https://mnnow.org/.
