Join the Minnesota chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) for a virtual conversation with Zoë François on March 14th at 12pm CDT. Tickets are $15, and all are welcome! The event is part of LDEI’s “Table Talks with Les Dames” – a month of virtual events hosted by LDEI chapters around the world.
Zoë François is the star of the Magnolia Network’s “Zoë Bakes,” as she shares her journey from art major to master pastry chef. Her fame reaches far beyond Minnesota, first from the bestselling series of “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” books and now to “Zoë Bakes Cakes,” recently honored as best baking cookbook by The International Association of Culinary Professionals. Her recipe for Devil’s Food Cake alone is invaluable. Her detailed yet conversational instructions are a gift, from beginners learning how to “thwack!’ a cake to the more ambitious tackling her gorgeous pavlova.
