A fan of feminist men Thanks, Shannon [Drury, MWP SheSaid, Feb. 2013]. I got the ring, changed my name, and have been happily married for 26 years to my favorite feminist man. Loved your essay.

Diamonds And that's not to mention the horrendous conditions of diamond mining! What for?! Excellent article. [Jen Kaltveit, OnYourMind, Feb. 2013]

Your turn to pick I wish Allison [Olsen, BookShelf essay, MWP January 2013] would have mentioned one of the best resources for book clubs: your local independent bookseller or indiebound.org, which publishes a wonderful list two or three times a year just for book clubs. This list is composed of books available in softcover that have been selected by independent bookstores around the U.S. as excellent choices for book groups. Indie bookstores are a wealth of information! If you don't have a bookstore in your community, visit indiebound.org or be a Facebook fan of numerous indie bookstores to get recommendations specific to your group's reading interests. And don't forget about BookWomen, published by Minnesota Women's Press!
