Crime After Crime
The 10th season of the Friends of the St. Paul Public Library's Women's Human Rights Film Series opens with "Crime After Crime," in which two rookie attorneys try to free Debbie Peagler, imprisoned for more than 25 years for her connection to the murder of the boyfriend who abused her. Mohona: Estuaries of Desire
Ananya Dance Theatre presents a multidisciplinary, audience-participation performance choreographed by University of Minnesota dance professor Ananya Chatterjea that relates women's work and lives to water and the violence that results when it is privately controlled.
